Troy Padgett is the President of the agency and has over 30 years of insurance experience.  He graduated from Georgia Southern in 1992 with a BS in Political Science and a minor in Business.  He worked for Independent life insurance as an agent and sales manager from 1992 until 1997.  He formed Richmond Hill Insurance Partners in 1997 in a spare bedroom of his home.

Troy has two children. He has coached many local youths in recreational baseball, soccer and worked with children’s programs for over 10 years at a community church. He has served on the board of several local charities and helped raise money for special needs children and adults.  In his free time, he enjoys the Coast of Georgia with outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, crabbing, cooking low country boil and oyster roast.
